Role of Business Analyst in Stockholm

We are currently looking for passionate experienced and result-oriented candidates for the role of a Business Analyst with a professional background and exemplary concepts to join our team.


Key Responsibilities:
Working closely with architects and other stakeholders, you will define business needs and gather specifications for mobile apps.

Competency prerequisites for the applicant:
• You are skilled at leading the requirement work because you are accustomed to working in an agile environment.
• You feel at ease dealing with stakeholders and doing so both independently and in groups.
• You would characterize yourself as analytical, organized, and determined.
• You have a knack for listening, and you naturally take the initiative.
• You take pleasure in collaborative, flexible work environments.
• You are adept at deciphering complex processes and explaining them in rational ways.
• We think you've passed both an academic assessment and a technical background check.
• You must be an excellent team player, skilled at working collaboratively in a global setting, and fluent in communication.


Other:
It is advantageous to have the following knowledge & experience:
• You have experience working as a business analyst with IT development, and it would be advantageous if you have coordination or project management expertise.
• Having prior knowledge with ISO 20022 is a big benefit.
• If you've already worked with mobile apps, that's a benefit.

Language Requirements: Mastery of English & Swedish language in both speech and writing is required.
