Role of Change Leader in Stockholm

We are currently looking for passionate experienced and result-oriented candidates for the role of a Change Leader with a professional background and exemplary concepts to join our team.



Key Responsibilities:
Tasks for the consultant include:
Develop an understanding of the adjustments needed to accomplish the effect goals.
Obtain agreement on the type and scope of the changes
Give specifics on the time, money, and resources needed for the change effort.
Set strategic direction and goals to establish a shared framework for the work that lies ahead.
Establish clear roles and responsibilities for the change deliveries and other programme components.
Plan, oversee, and organise the change work on an ongoing basis.
Constantly make sure that the proper tasks are carried out and modified as needed, including managerial assistance, communication, training, progress tracking, etc.
Make sure the steering group is aware of the change efforts, engaged in them, and aware of when to take what action.
Follow up on plans regularly and make necessary adjustments to ensure that the best possible effort achieves the desired change.
Before, during, and after the implementation of each change, support the business.
Make sure ownership is understood in close consultation with the steering group.




Education, Expertise, and experience requirements:
Competency prerequisites for the applicant:
We're looking for people like you who understand change management in large projects extremely well and have a documented history of doing so.
You possess the willpower and aptitude to comprehend yourself and communicate effectively. You are methodical, pedagogical, responsive, and you have a keen interest in people and their various motivations.
Additionally, you have a strong grasp of communication skills and the capacity to modify your message depending on the audience and the context.
Appropriate academic degree
Ten years or more of proven project management and change management experience
Preferably PROSCI or similar certification in change management.
Powerful leadership abilities
Extensive background as a change leader in big, complicated organisations
Retail experience
Working as a line manager

Language Requirements: Mastery of Swedish & English language in both speech and writing is required.
