Role of Chief Scrum Master (Banking) in Stockholm

We are currently looking for passionate experienced and result-oriented candidates for the role of a Chief Scrum Master - Banking with a professional background and exemplary concepts to join our team.


Key Responsibilities:
Tasks include:
Organize and facilitate ART events and processes, as well as establish and maintain a rhythm for all ART events.
Actively collaborate with teams and stakeholders to ensure that we deliver on our promises, including managing and resolving complex dependencies.
Optimize how the ART organises itself around the flow of value, from idea to "in use," and assist the ART teams in delivering value.
Collaborate with teams to remove roadblocks and ensure timely delivery.
Train leaders, teams, and Scrum Masters in the application of Lean Agile principles and mindset.





Education, Expertise, and experience requirements:
Competency prerequisites for the applicant:
Have in-depth knowledge and understanding of lean / agile principles and values, as well as hands-on experience working as a leader in a scaled lean/ agile environment
Have extensive knowledge and experience coaching and developing high-performing teams and leaders
Have firsthand knowledge of flow visualisation and optimization in a scaled lean/agile environment
Are communicative, inspiring, and promote dialogue
Have prior experience in the financial industry
