Role of Consultant within Staffing Tech Support

We are currently looking for passionate experienced and result-oriented candidates for the role of a Consultant within Staffing Tech Support with a professional background and exemplary concepts to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
The candidate will undergo the following responsibilities and tasks:
Write business cases for changes in how Staffing handles new technologies.
User support, including providing users with licences for systems such as Lever or LinkedIn.
Inform our system partners about any incidents.
Troubleshoot problems with our ATS and Staffing systems' users.
Contracts with our third-party suppliers, such as software vendors and service providers, are negotiated.
Where third-party platform integrations are required, cultivate relationships with relevant stakeholders.
Do some elicitation of requirements.




Education, Expertise, and experience requirements:
The candidate must have the following skills set:
Leading initiatives and projects is a plus.
Communication with a variety of technical and business stakeholders that is clear, concise, and effective
Excellent problem-solving abilities.
Basic data analysis skills (Excel/G-sheets, for example)


Other:
Working with recruitment agencies or engineering teams is a plus.
Working in a fast-paced environment is a plus.

Language Requirements: Mastery of the English language in both speech and writing is required.
