We are currently looking for passionate experienced and result-oriented candidates for the role of a Consulting Agency of Procurement Consultants with a professional background and exemplary concepts to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
The assignment entails ongoing procurement work, which includes independently leading, operating, and developing the procurement process from the creation of a procurement strategy to the signing of a contract.
When the procurement is completed, the consultant is responsible for the agreement's internal and external implementation. Procurements are frequently governed by AB 04, ABT 06, ABK 09, LOU, and LUF, which necessitates a thorough understanding of the regulations.
Current procurement assignments that may be assigned to the consultant include:
Analyze the client's current agreement and make recommendations for new procurement of;
agreement-in-principal Work with concrete
Parking surveillance
agreement-in-principal Monitoring and control
agreement-in-principal Framework agreement for construction work Contracts for construction
Plumbing installation framework agreement
Waste grease trap collection



The assignment requires the ability to physically participate in consultation and information meetings with the public and other authorities as directed by the client.
You are primarily responsible to the technical administration, but you may also be required to work for other administrations and municipally owned companies by the authority.
The assignment also entails driving development internally within the technical administration to make the client business even sharper, such as providing continuous legal advice in the contract area / LOU / LUF and optimizing existing, or producing new, template and control documents.


Education, Expertise, and experience requirements:
The candidate must have at least 5 years of contract procurement experience, from needs analysis to contract signing, with the experience acquired within the last 8 years from the last tender date.
Must have completed at least 10 contract procurements independently, from needs analysis to contract signing, using the standard agreements AB and ABT as a basis. This experience must have been obtained within the last 8 years from the last tender date.
At least 5 contracts were procured using the award criterion best price-quality relationship, which resulted in quality-enhancing agreements for the customer.
Training is required to perform the task.
Has a thorough understanding of LOU and is up to date on current case law and rule changes.
Working knowledge of the purchasing tool Tendsign.
Previous experience procuring contracts for a politically controlled organisation is required.
Knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite is required.
