Role of CPM in Umeå

We are currently looking for passionate experienced and result-oriented candidates for the role of a CPM with a professional background and exemplary concepts to join our team.


Key Responsibilities:
The candidate will create product plans for the domain and owned products that are aligned with the overall Division X portfolio scope, with a one-year vision but quarterly roadmap plans.
Engage with our portfolio strategists, customers, UX, sales, and marketing, among others, to advance the product's revenue and profitability.
Work with a mix of Shared Technology and Operations, developers, and IoT device specialists to quickly bring a product to market and sell it.
Coordination of business case development with key components such as customer profile, key customers, market analysis, pricing strategy, and product roadmap
Set product goals and track your progress toward them.
Product P&L and mandate to control all commercial and scoping decisions pertaining to owned product




Education, Expertise, and experience requirements:
We believe you have the following qualifications & experience:
A track record of success developing and bringing IoT services to market, including the entire development and operations lifecycle
Product management experience with cloud-based services and API-first products
Experience working with devices as a product component Previous experience working as a stakeholder, collaborating with TPOs, HW engineers, and embedded developers
Experience in the proptech/smart buildings/manufacturing industries
Capability to analyse and manage a profit and loss statement




Other:
The candidate must be enthusiastic about products, customers, and technology. You have worked as an Offering/Program/Product/Business Manager, so you are familiar with profit and loss statements, how to analyse and direct a product line commercially and from a go-to-market perspective, and so on.
Product quality, as well as customer value and satisfaction, are important motivators in your daily work.
You're familiar with Agile frameworks and have worked closely with development and operations teams, effectively communicating and guiding product development.
