Role of Data Scientist in Stockholm/Distans

We are currently looking for passionate experienced and result-oriented candidates for the role of a Data Scientist with a professional background and exemplary concepts to join our team.




Key Responsibilities:
The consultant will:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, user researchers, product managers, designers, and engineers who are enthusiastic about our customers' experiences.
Analyze large sets of data to gain valuable insights into user behaviour that can be used to inform product and design decisions.
Insights and recommendations should be shared with partners across the team and company.
With dashboards and exploratory analysis, you can help teams understand their data.
Experiments should be set up, monitored, and analysed.
Together with the data science community, define events, build pipelines, and create tools.
Be a key partner in our efforts to develop our product and business strategy so that we can remain relevant in consumers' daily lives.





Education, Expertise, and experience requirements:
Competency prerequisites for the applicant:
Have worked in a data scientist role before and/or have a degree in computer science, engineering, statistics, mathematics, economics, or another quantitative field.
Experience with analytics tools (such as Pandas and SQL) and coding skills are required to perform more advanced analytics (such as Python or R).
Your previous experience has given you a strong business sense for business performance drivers, as well as the ability to create compelling and clear narratives using those data and insights.
Working both independently and as part of a cross-functional analytics and strategy team, you'll be adept at tackling loosely defined challenges.
You have a strong passion for music; however, experience in music production and/or the music industry is preferred but not required.
