Role of DevOps Engineer in Gothenburg

We are currently looking for passionate experienced and result-oriented candidates for the role of a Devops Engineer with a professional background and exemplary concepts to join our team.


Key Responsibilities:
Main tasks at the organisation include:
Create and distribute high-quality software.
Develop and provide a simple environment for our products' instantiation and deployment.
Collaboratively addressing any problems or challenges
As a member of a highly qualified and experienced team developing products and components that make our customers' lives easier, you will be actively involved in the team's evolution as a high-performing team.
This position requires you to create and maintain environments and processes that enable continuous integration for other teams to use and benefit from.
Finally, we add value by enabling smooth and simple instantiation and deployment of our products, as well as faster customer implementation and configuration projects and simple onboarding for our clients.
In our development environment, you'll use Linux scripting, Python, some Java, Docker, build pipelines, continuous integration pipelines, and other tools.



We're on an exciting journey to provide a lot of business value to our customers, as well as for our implementation and configuration projects. In addition, we intend to move toward containerized deployments that function in a "cloud-like" manner.

Our teams work in an agile scrum environment that is integrated into our SAFe-inspired framework, which ensures the structure and cadence of delivery in our release trains, and we deliver code to our clients every six weeks.




Education, Expertise, and experience requirements:
Competency prerequisites for the applicant:
We place a premium on product quality, and we believe that a DevSecOps mindset, as well as a build environment, tests, and CI/CD, are critical components in our transition from on-premises to SaaS solutions.
We believe you have a strong analytical problem-solving approach, excellent communication skills, and an interest in both technology and human relations. Agile methodology knowledge and experience are highly regarded.
5+ years of Python, Java, Linux, and Linux scripting experience and skills
5+ years of DevOps experience and expertise
Unit testing, build pipes, and CI/CD knowledge and skills
Docker and container knowledge and skills are essential.
A curious mind and a commitment to continuous improvement
A dedicated team player with a high level of integrity
Experience and knowledge of agile methodologies are required.
