Role of IT Technician in Solna

We are currently looking for passionate experienced and result-oriented candidates for the role of an IT Technician with a professional background and exemplary concepts to join our team.


Key Responsibilities:
E-commerce is the company's fastest-growing division, and it is one of Sweden's largest e-commerce stores. This autumn, we will face a major challenge as we migrate all store-selected stores and will require additional support from Online Operations to handle the commissioning and ensure that the stores feel supported and assisted with their IT issues.


It will be a fast-paced environment, but you will be part of a group that genuinely cares about each other and wants the migration to go as smoothly as possible.


As an operations technician, you will be assigned to one of two specialist teams and will be responsible for dealing with IT issues that arise in our case management system. The team includes members who are based in Solna as well as in India. A dedicated Team Lead will assist you, as well as a Support and Service Manager who works closely with the teams.


The job description includes:
Analyze and manage cases involving, for example:
Articles and selection
Payments and reservations
The supermarket's picking yard
Responsible for incident follow-up and ensuring that they are resolved within the SLA.
Work to identify root causes so that the number of cases is reduced.
Work with internal support via tickets, as well as with suppliers.
Participate in team meetings by sharing information and new case types that arrive.





Education, Expertise, and experience requirements:
Competency prerequisites for the applicant:
With a relevant focus, a university education or equivalent work experience is required.
If you have documented E-commerce knowledge, you qualify (business or IT system)
Previous IT operations experience is required.
Experience with incidents and follow-up, as well as working in case management systems.
