Role of Lead Developer in Stockholm

We are currently looking for passionate experienced and result-oriented candidates for the role of a Lead Developer with a professional background and exemplary concepts to join our team.


Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for directing development so that it adheres to current conventions and system architecture. Ensures that the team develops systems with high technical quality. The role must ensure that the development team communicates effectively and that development efforts are coordinated.


The primary developer is in charge of selecting technologies, software architecture, conventions, and guidelines. The role must also ensure that the team has the appropriate level of competence.


The main developer must provide technical direction and mentorship to the team members. The role is combined with that of system developer.


Tasks:
Responsible for ensuring that technical constraints are considered when prioritising backlogs. This is done after consulting with the product owner.


Responsibility for the creation and refinement of development guidelines and conventions.
Serves as a role model for the team's developers.


Lead the charge on source code management modernization and automation, automatic deployment, continuous integration, and continuous delivery. (DevOps)


Make sure the developers are adhering to the current quality standards. Logging, exception management, monitoring support, and other features are just a few examples.


Work with test leaders to create the ideal environment for automated testing.


As needed, work with outside consultants and suppliers.
