We are currently looking for passionate experienced and result-oriented candidates for the role of a Organizational Development Coach/Senior Agile Coach with a professional background and exemplary concepts to join our team.


Key Responsibilities:
One of our customers is looking for an Organizational Development Consultant/Senior Agile Coach. As an Organizational Development Consultant/Senior Agile Coach, you will work alongside executives and product leaders as part of a small team of coaches.


You'll gather signals from the organisation, make sense of them, and use them to drive meaningful change and improvements in their structure and processes. You'll also assist current and future teams in their quest to become high-performing and thriving.


You'll work closely with their Engineering Managers and Product Managers on this.


The main tasks include:
To help us make more conscious organisational related decisions, make them explicit, and communicate them
To coach senior leaders to help them identify and prioritise the "right" things
To help us make more conscious organisational related decisions, make them explicit, and communicate them
To put pressure on structures, processes, and cultures that must change in order for us to succeed. You make recommendations and lead change in processes that need to be adapted, changed, or eliminated.
To have a "systems-thinking" mindset and to see the big picture. To focus on the right spot, you'll need to be able to spot bottlenecks and see patterns in the organisation with your peers and other leaders.
To be able to "energise" the change process and keep it moving forward, you'll also need a structured approach as well as a lot of energy and drive.
Individual and team coaching to facilitate learning, development, and continuous improvement.
To train senior management in agile practises in order to ensure that best practises and data-driven decision-making are implemented from the top down.
As the organization's agile process evolves, identify and mitigate issues.
The ability to communicate and influence behaviour at multiple levels and functions.
To assess the impact of changes using data.





Education, Expertise, and experience requirements:
Competency prerequisites for the applicant:
Evangelizing agile methodologies to teams and other leaders;
Pragmatic approach to agile process – adapts the process to the needs of the organisation rather than applying a methodology dogmatically.
Proven experience leading change, even without a formal mandate • An evangelist of Systems Thinking
Experience in the software development domain
Experienced change enthusiast in the technology industry
Several years of experience introducing and coaching Agile ways of working in an international company
Excellent communication skills, as well as the ability to tailor your message to the audience.
Individual coaching is something you are passionate about.
