We are currently looking for passionate experienced and result-oriented candidates for the role of a Product Governance Specialist with a professional background and exemplary concepts to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
You'll be operating within an agile organisational structure, bridging regulatory requirements with business development and distribution. It's critical that you contribute to a positive team culture and foster effective collaboration with your team and other stakeholders in the value chain. Your main task areas will include the following:
· Create and implement product governance control reviews that are risk-based.
· Assist in the updating or creation of governance documents.
· Analyze and implement governance in new areas, such as sustainability.
· Work independently in a team of highly experienced professionals
· Follow up on current product governance and advisory services controls and report on them
· Work closely with the business and product areas to ensure feedback and improvement
· Collaborate with other parts of the bank to automate governance controls.
· Take part in and contribute to various change initiatives.
Education, Expertise, and experience requirements:
Competency prerequisites for the applicant:
· Analytical skills and the ability to translate regulatory requirements into operational processes are required for this position.
· Previous MiFID2 or IDD regulatory experience is valuable.
· Able to work independently with minimal supervision, but enjoys collaborating with others within and outside the Product Governance team to meet deadlines.
· Excellent communication skills, as well as the ability to convey complex information in a clear and precise manner.
· A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as law, finance, economics, or business administration is required.
· Work experience with business or operational process excellence is desirable.
Other:
It is advantageous to have the following knowledge & experience:
· Previous experience in project or programme management is advantageous.
· Work experience with financial instruments and financial markets is also advantageous.

Language Requirements: Mastery of English & Swedish language in both speech and writing is required.
