We are currently looking for passionate experienced and result-oriented candidates for the role of a Product Governance Specialist with a professional background and exemplary concepts to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
The key tasks would be as follows:
Develop and implement risk-based product governance control reviews
Participate in the update or creation of governance documents
Analyze and implement governance of new areas, such as sustainability
Work independently in a team of highly experienced professionals
Follow up and report on current product governance and advisory services controls
Work closely with the business and product areas to ensure feedback and improvement
Collaborate with other areas within the bank to increase automation of governance controls
Participate in and provide input to various change initiatives
You will be navigating an agile organisational structure and bridging regulatory requirements with business development and distribution.

Education, Expertise, and experience requirements:
Competency prerequisites for the applicant:
Analytical skills and the ability to translate regulatory requirements into operational processes
Previous experience with MiFID2 or IDD regulations is preferred
Able to work independently with minimal supervision, but also thrives on teamwork within and outside of the Product governance team to meet deadlines.
Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English, as well as the ability to provide clear and precise information on complex material.
University degree in relevant areas such as Legal, Finance, Economics, or Business Administration.
Previous project or programme management experience is advantageous.
Working experience with financial instruments and financial markets is also advantageous.
