Role of Product Owner| 100% Remote

We are currently looking for passionate experienced and result-oriented candidates for the role of a Product Owner with a professional background and exemplary concepts to join our team.


Key Responsibilities:

As Product Owner, you'll be deciding on backlog priorities from both a technical and business standpoint, as well as maintaining open lines of communication with stakeholders. You will be in charge of creating, refining, and following up on features, as well as coordinating dependencies with other teams.


We are looking for someone with a strategic mindset who can inspire and motivate the team to work towards a common goal. You should be enthusiastic about leading, coaching, and empowering others to provide a better user experience every day.


A typical week will include collaboration with stakeholders and suppliers, prioritisation and refinement of the product backlog with the team, and alignment with your peers and the ART's product manager.




Education, Expertise, and experience requirements:

Competency prerequisites for the applicant:
You are a firm believer in agile principles and have worked with scaling frameworks such as SAFe.
You get your energy from people and describe yourself as a servant leader who leads by example and gets your hands dirty with the team's projects.
You have extensive knowledge of the automotive industry. You enjoy the complexities of software development and are passionate about how our stakeholders' problems can be translated into product backlogs, code, and releases that serve the greater good.
You have experience facilitating team and management collaboration using agile development methodologies, and you are motivated by working collaboratively and continuously improving by giving and receiving feedback in teams.
Product Owner certificate
An IT University degree or equivalent education is required.

Diagnostics and vehicle communication experience will be advantageous!
