Role of Product Owner Application Operation Professional in Sweden

We are currently looking for passionate experienced and result-oriented candidates for the role of a Product Owner Application Operation with a professional background and exemplary concepts to join our team.




Key Responsibilities:
Within I&O, we are currently involved in a variety of movements. Our organizational work - I&O 2.0 - is one area on which we have concentrated. We also run the LIS project, which is about switching infrastructure providers. We now need to hire a line consultant for the future role of Product Owner Application Operation as a result of these two transfers. An area that is currently neglected, and as a result, we must strengthen the area in light of the aforementioned movements while we wait for us to permanently fill the role.


The role includes the following tasks:


· Shaping the product Application Operation that harmonises at LFAB is part of the role.
· To create an assessment of the current situation
· Creating product descriptions
· Work together on the LIS project and its sub-projects.
· Manager must ensure that the product can be realised operationally with the help of the supplier and IT.
· Based on the current situation analysis, work with requirements and needs.
· Management of Expectations.
· I&O Management Group and other I&O employees should be notified about the service.



Education, Expertise, and experience requirements:
Competency prerequisites for the applicant:


· Have a general / good understanding of IT, which is beneficial in application operation
· Have a good understanding of how a product should be packaged, including everything that pertains to it, such as pricing.
· Possess strong pedagogical skills.
· Have a successful collaboration.
· Be able to quickly comprehend a complex IT environment
· Have a good delivery rate.
· Ability Stakeholder management skills are strong.
· Documenting, packaging, and delivering a message are all skills you should have.
· Possess the ability to think tactically as well as operationally - wholes
