Role of Project Manager in Stockholm

We are currently looking for passionate experienced and result-oriented candidates for the role of a Project Manager with a professional background and exemplary concepts to join our team.


Key Responsibilities:

For our client, we are looking for a Project Manager who will be in charge of leading and coordinating the purchase of a third-party vendor covering Data Privacy/GDPR.


To ensure delivery, the consultant will need to collaborate with both technology and business:
Analyze and convert privacy requirements into concrete deliverables for customers' digitalization requirements.
Collaboration with relevant stakeholders on the procurement process and RFP.
Obtain buy-in from the vendor and establish processes.
Form a technical team.
Drive appropriate risk assessment.
Drive and coordinate to secure the SOW and contract.
Actively contribute to the program's strategy and culture, as well as align it with the customers' business plans and timelines.
Working with the implementation and coordination of GDPR requirements for data privacy transfer is a plus. It is necessary to use a third-party arrangement/vendor project management.





Education, Expertise, and experience requirements:
The consultant should have experience with:
Change management initiatives.
GDPR regulatory experience, as well as sourcing project management skills, are advantageous.
Excellent business analysis and change management abilities.
Promote collaboration through strong stakeholder engagement and senior management.
Risk mindset – you must be proactive in identifying, understanding, and acting on current and future risks
Process improvement with a focus on user design and control.Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
Excellent presentation skills and business acumen.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, be adaptable, and work independently.
