Role of Project Manager in Stockholm

We are currently looking for passionate experienced and result-oriented candidates for the role of a Project Manager with a professional background and exemplary concepts to join our team.




Key Responsibilities:
Your primary responsibilities include:
Facilitate and enable digital direction and functional strategies.
Ensure strategic alignment of Product Area portfolio and roadmap with Digital Core and Volvo Cars key priorities.
Defining and measuring delivered value and performance
Enabling decision making through problem solving, data analysis, and communication of findings
Facilitating portfolio balancing and prioritisation of content and funding on an ongoing basis (monthly, quarterly, yearly)





Education, Expertise, and experience requirements:
Competency prerequisites for the applicant:
Managed roadmaps for complex programmes and/or portfolios
Finance management in an agile environment and experience handling financials for large initiatives and/or portfolio management
Worked with a diverse range of stakeholders with varying skill sets and levels of seniority to create a shared understanding and direction
Knowledge of agile product development and management in an agile environment
Significant experience in applicable office tools; MS Office, Excel, Teams, etc.
Experience in IT/digital, automotive environments, SAFe, and/or management consulting
Being communicative, flexible, and adaptable to the point of being an excellent navigator in conflicts of interest and resolver of impediments, assisting the team in having the right focus
Structured problem solver

Excellent communication and facilitation skills A true team player who believes in collaboration
Versatile, open to new ideas, and always looking for ways to improve
Capable of understanding end user needs and networking with stakeholders
