Key Responsibilities:

We're looking for a procurer for a Sigtuna-based authority. The consultant will procure both goods and services during the project.




Education, Expertise, and experience requirements:

Competency prerequisites for the applicant:
Other education/experience that can be considered equivalent to a law degree or a degree in business law.
Procurement experience that includes documenting and carrying out procurements from the needs analysis to contract follow-up.
Procurement experience under LOU, the Public Procurement Act, and documented LOU knowledge.
Manage reviews and provide legal advice to the local organisation.
Ongoing assistance with a legal perspective on the unit's operations.
