Role of Roadmap Lead in Gothenburg

We are currently looking for passionate experienced and result-oriented candidates for the role of a Roadmap Lead with a professional background and exemplary concepts to join our team.


Key Responsibilities:
You must make sure that the strategic roadmap is clearly defined and delivered. Finding practical, scalable solutions that fit within the constraints of the available budgets requires balancing the needs of various stakeholders. Together with your coworkers on the Global Manufacturing digital management team, you will carry out this demanding and exciting job.


Your principal duties include:
Based on the strategic priorities of the company, facilitate and enable functional and digital strategies.
Ensuring that roadmaps are of sufficient quality, supported by achievable goals, and feasible to implement
Facilitating the ongoing balancing of portfolios and prioritisation of funding and content
Defining and measuring performance and value delivered
Effective communication, data analysis, and problem solving
Interaction with senior leadership and decision facilitation



Education, Expertise, and experience requirements:
Competency prerequisites for the applicant:
For complex programmes and/or portfolios, managed roadmaps
Experience with managing finances for large initiatives and/or portfolio management in an agile environment
The capacity to visualise information and produce presentation materials to facilitate decision-making, common understanding, and direction
Knowledge and management of agile product development in an agile environment
Significant proficiency with relevant office software, such as Microsoft Office, Excel, and Teams
Ideal experience would be in the automotive, IT/digital, SAFe, or management consulting fields.

Being open-minded, adaptable, and communicative to the point where you can navigate conflicts of interest and remove obstacles with ease, assisting the team in maintaining the right focus
