We are currently looking for passionate experienced and result-oriented candidates for the role of a Scrum Master with a professional background and exemplary concepts to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Scrum Master (ScM), you will collaborate closely with the Scrum Team, Team Managers, Product Owner, stakeholders, and other Agile Release Trains to ensure timely delivery. By encouraging collaboration and communication within the Scrum team, you will be able to manage and optimise the flow of value through the ART.
The ART Painted body is a component of the Solution Vehicle Platform, which is located in the Vehicle Hardware and Product & Quality departments.
The consultant will:
Collaborate with and support the team and Product Manager in your joint, laser-focused quest to delight customers, with servant leadership serving as a key leverage point.
Create a trusting, safe environment in which team members feel empowered to voice concerns, opposing viewpoints, and innovative solutions in order to improve the development team's efficiency.
Driving horizontal cross-team collaboration with peers in other product teams
Coaching the team to achieve higher and sustainable levels of performance and maturity
Collaborating with other global teams and resolving cross-functional dependencies in a non-hierarchical organisation
In Agile methodology, be in charge of managing the scrum process with the help of the scrum team.
Drive development efforts and manage priorities for product development throughout the entire development lifecycle, from design to release
Create schedules, identify and communicate risks to stakeholders, define risk mitigation strategies, and facilitate appropriate engineering solutions for the scrum team
Facilitate discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution for the scrum team
Schedule daily stand-up meetings, facilitate meetings, facilitate meetings, schedule meetings, demo, and decision-making processes to ensure quick inspection and proper application of the adaptation process.
Assist with internal and external communication, transparency, and information dissemination.
Education, Expertise, and experience requirements:
Competency prerequisites for the applicant:
We're looking for people with a B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Automotive, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
Excellent communication, mentoring, and servant leadership skills, as well as conflict resolution knowledge and experience, continuous team improvement, and empowerment.
Must be well-organized and capable of working efficiently under pressure.
Experience with a variety of agile approaches and techniques.
