We are currently looking for passionate experienced and result-oriented candidates for the role of a Scrum Master with a professional background and exemplary concepts to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Scrum Master (ScM), you will collaborate closely with the Scrum Team, Team Managers, Product Owner, stakeholders, and other Agile Release Trains to ensure timely delivery. By encouraging collaboration and communication within the Scrum team, you will be able to manage and optimise the flow of value through the ART.
The ART Painted body is a component of the Solution Vehicle Platform, which is located in the Vehicle Hardware and Product & Quality departments.
Collaborate with and support the team and Product Manager in your joint, laser-focused quest to delight customers, with servant leadership serving as a key leverage point.
Create a trusting, safe environment in which team members feel empowered to voice challenges, opposing viewpoints, progressive solutions, and improve the efficiency of the development team.
Navigate and exert influence in a non-hierarchical organisation.
Drive horizontal cross-team collaboration with peers in other product teams
Coach the team to higher and sustainable levels of performance and maturity
Facilitate discussion, decision making and conflict resolution and responsible for removing the impediments for the scrum team
Drive development efforts and manage priorities for product development throughout the complete development lifecycle, from design through release
Create schedules, identify and communicate risks to stakeholders, define risk mitigation strategies, and facilitate appropriate engineering solutions
Arrange daily stand-up meetings, facilitate meetings, schedule meetings, demo and decision-making processes in order to ensure quick inspection and proper use of adaptation process
Assist with internal and external communication, improving transparency, and radiating information
Education, Expertise, and experience requirements:
Competency prerequisites for the applicant:
We are looking for candidates with a B.Sc. or M.Sc. degree in Automotive, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
Outstanding communication, mentoring, and servant leadership skills, as well as knowledge and experience with conflict resolution, continuous team improvement, and empowerment.
Must be well-organized and capable of working effectively under time constraints.
Understanding of various agile approaches and techniques.
GDL/SPL/SPE/SA operations background (knowledge reg tools, VPP, WoW, development logic etc)
Sr project leader and a go to person.
Other:
Lead Agile ceremonies (DSU, IP week, PI planning, retro, demo, and so on)
Mentor team members in WoW, tools, and so on
Responsible for performance dialogue (programme KPI, DDT)
Responsible for flow and deliveries planned in increments per module (should be natural for team members to escelate to ScM)
Maintaining and working with the backlog in planned increments
Responsible for all programmers for a specific module
