We are currently looking for passionate experienced and result-oriented candidates for the role of a Scrum master with a professional background and exemplary concepts to join our team.


Key Responsibilities:
You've been a scrum master for a while, and you're a good coach with a strong grasp of the SAFe framework.


As a Scrum Master, you'll be part of one of Digital Channels' lean-agile teams. The Scrum master's goal is to improve the self-organized team's conditions and delivery ability by enabling an optimised flow of value.


This is accomplished by coaching, motivating, and educating the team and its stakeholders on how to apply lean-agile principles and methods.

You have coaching leadership qualities that enable others to work together effectively.
You are a communicator with the ability to form effective collaborations with other departments within the company.
You have the courage to deal with conflict and thrive in a dynamic environment that emphasises development, speed, and flexibility.
You are an experienced coach - An agile approach is second nature to you
You are familiar with the SAFe framework and have worked with it
You are a team player
You thrive in a constantly changing environment
