Role of SCRUM Master in Stockholm

We are currently looking for passionate experienced and result-oriented candidates for the role of a Scrum Master with a professional background and exemplary concepts to join our team.




Key Responsibilities:
As Scrum Master, you are responsible for enabling an optimised flow of value, as well as improving the conditions and delivery capability of the self-organized and self-managing team.


Main tasks include:
Team coaching; facilitates team and programme events to ensure that agile values, principles, and methodological support are understood, practised, and improved.
Creates conditions for the team to stay focused and committed.
Assists the PO in preparing and maintaining the backlog for PI and iteration planning.
Coaches the team on the best techniques for breaking down Features and creating great Stories.
Works to promote teamwork within teams, as well as between teams and other organisations.
Facilitates team reflections and retrospectives on quality and continuous improvement in working methods and delivery.





Education, Expertise, and experience requirements:
Competency prerequisites for the applicant:
Certified Scrum Master with several years of experience in the role.
Deep knowledge and experience with agile working methods, Lean-agile, and relevant parts of the SAFe framework
Good understanding of team dynamics and team development
Ability to speak in front of a group and facilitate meetings
Communication, collaboration, and coordination
