Role of Scrum Master (SAFe) in Stockholm

We are currently looking for passionate experienced and result-oriented candidates for the role of a Scrum Master (SAFe) with a professional background and exemplary concepts to join our team.


Key Responsibilities:
Scrum Master coaches and assists the Agile Product Owner in the following areas:
Product Backlog Management That Works
Release administration and synchronisation
Future opportunities / feature development
Scrum Master assists the CFT in a variety of ways, including:
Understanding and applying agile working principles
Leading Scrum ceremonies, SAFe events, and other workshops as needed.
Ensures compliance with SWAP
Assisting the CFT with self-organization and cross-functionality.
Assisting the CFT in developing high-value products
Removing roadblocks to the CFT's progress
Allow the team to see and track metrics such as (burn-down, velocity, etc.)
Coaching the CFT in organisations where agile is not yet fully adopted and understood.
Building a network with other teams/vendors/parties on which the team is frequently dependent (enable delivery synchronisation, dependency identification and removal) Scrum Master assists the organisation in its Agile transformation and business agility improvement:
Exchanging knowledge and experiences, as well as actively participating in a community of practises.
Mentoring other Scrum Masters and Teams
Planning, volunteering for, and attending Agile meetups, conferences, and training/workshop labs...
