Role of Senior Test Leader in Stockholm

We are currently looking for passionate experienced and result-oriented candidates for the role of a Senior Test Leader with a professional background and exemplary concepts to join our team.


Key Responsibilities:
We are looking for a senior test leader who can plan, run, coordinate, and report on test results. Test leaders will ultimately be held accountable for the test quality. Acceptance tests must be coordinated with administrations and agile trains that integrate with the solution, and even if the supplier collaborates with is responsible for lower-level tests, the test leader must ensure that approaches for lower-level tests are followed and high quality is maintained.
The individual in question will be ultimately responsible for testing in the project and must have a thorough understanding of both the big picture and the specifics.
Primary responsibilities include further developing and detailing the test strategy, as well as ensuring that it is followed and implemented.
Drive and participate in decisions about which areas to test automate.
Create test plans.
Responsible for test work processes and routines, as well as test reporting; System testing, integration testing, acceptance testing, performance testing, security testing, and migration testing are all types of tests.
Lead and coordinate ongoing and new test work within the project framework Communicate and coordinate project test plans with administrations, agile trains, and projects integrating with a new solution
Establish test reports and reporting paths within the project as well as for stakeholders who will be integrating with a new solution.
Follow up on and drive faulty function corrections
Identify and drive test improvement work to ensure test case quality and high throughput.
In test and test outcome issues, advise and recommend the project management and steering group.
Coach and/or train testers in the development of test cases.
If time allows, create test cases and run them.
Management, evaluation, and prioritisation of test work based on risk
Drive the project and document the need for test data in various testing environments.
Compile and record acceptance test criteria.




Education, Expertise, and experience requirements:
The applicant we're looking for should have the following:
10 years of solid test management experience in banking and insurance.
10 years of solid experience developing, communicating, and implementing test strategies in connection with large relocations.
10 years of operational experience establishing tests and reporting routines in large complex projects.
10 years of solid experience with demanding changes in processes and tools to support test work.
10 years of solid experience working in the entire test cycle, from system test to acceptance test.
10 years of solid experience translating functional and non-functional requirements into test cases
5 years of testing experience in a DevOps environment
5 years of experience implementing a test strategy in an outsourced environment in collaboration with a system integrator.
