We are currently looking for passionate experienced and result-oriented candidates for the role of a Software Developer with a professional background and exemplary concepts to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
We're looking for a Software Development Engineer with experience in Model-based design using TargetLink or Embedded Coder for software implementation in the area of Safety Controls to join one of our agile teams. The team is in charge of developing system safety and related diagnostic monitoring for hybrid and electric vehicle propulsion and brake systems.
Software functionality that detects inaccuracies, prevents critical events, and mitigates the impact of a fault is included in the delivery. When it comes to minimising customer impact, we hold ourselves to the highest standards, which is why a strong focus on system design is critical.
The tasks include:
Writing and reviewing requirements for software developed by ART LVC or our suppliers
Documenting solutions in accordance with ISO26262
Designing, performing, and analysing test cases in accordance with ISO26262
Ensuring that safety functions do not interfere with customer experience
Planning of your activities to meet project milestones
Education, Expertise, and experience requirements:
Competency prerequisites for the applicant:
We're looking for someone who is open-minded and curious, as well as someone who can work well with others.
We're looking for someone who is self-motivated and not afraid to try new approaches to problems. You have excellent communication skills, and we assume you speak English fluently (speech and writing).
You are a technical team player who enjoys collaborating with people from various cultures. You have a strong analytical capability and are structured and organised in your daily work, in addition to being customer focused.
You bring software and system development experience, as well as a holistic perspective and excellent systems thinking. You have 3-5 years of relevant work experience and a bachelor's, master's, or doctoral degree in engineering.
Experience in software development in Matlab/Simulink/TargetLink/Embedded Coder
Experience from automotive software development
Experience in testing in SIL/HIL environment
University degree within Computer, Electrical, Mechanical, Applied Physics or Mechatronic Engineering (Bachelor, Master or PhD)
Driver license (level B)
Ability to put the end customer first Personal qualities

Action-oriented and results-oriented
An excellent communicator who works well in a group
Organized and capable of daily planning
