We are currently looking for passionate experienced and result-oriented candidates for the role of a Support Technicians with a professional background and exemplary concepts to join our team.


Key Responsibilities:
The two consultants we are looking for will work in the bank's internal support as second line, possibly also as first line depending on the number of calls during the bank's M365 rollout.


Hold meetings with and develop the bank's internal support skills, as well as potentially having conversations with the bank's internal users about these issues.


You will primarily sit physically with one of the bank's SAFe trains, the ECCO train, to participate in what is going on in our office landscape and get to know the people who develop and roll out the services.




Education, Expertise, and experience requirements:



Competency prerequisites for the applicant:
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, OneDrive, Teams, Sharepoint, and Office packages.
Support work experience
A social personality
Feel at ease speaking in front of a group.





Scope: 100%


Language Requirements: Mastery of English & Swedish language in both speech and writing is required.
