Role of System Administrator in Stockholm

We are currently looking for passionate experienced and result-oriented candidates for the role of a System Administrator with a professional background and exemplary concepts to join our team.


Key Responsibilities:
We are looking for two system administrators.
1 computer with a higher technical profile. Be able to navigate the back-end, databases, and integrations.
1 personal computer with a more functional profile. You must be able to navigate and operate in a variety of system solutions.



The candidates will be responsible for the following:
Be the company's point of contact for daily questions about the system or systems covered by the service area.
Assist in the resolution of incidents and problems in the system or systems covered by the service area.
Control errors (bugs) in systems and drive their correction.
Identify, lift, and carry out activities required to maintain and improve functions and processes in service area systems.
When needed, provide assistance to the business and engage in discussions about new requirements.

Make requirements documents for developers in their own service area, other service areas, or external suppliers.
Carry out or participate in corrections and changes quality assurance tests.
Coordination of corrections and changes in testing and production with other relevant service areas.
Create and maintain user documentation as needed.
Keep abreast of new laws and regulations affecting the service industry.
Maintain good contact and relationships with the business's designated superusers who have contact with the IT function.
Participate in projects involving your own area of expertise.
Assistance with ongoing project activities and day-to-day operations
You should also be able to cover during holidays.
