We are currently looking for passionate experienced and result-oriented candidates for the role of a Team Manager with a professional background and exemplary concepts to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:

To build high-performing teams, manage the recruitment process. This includes overseeing the entire recruitment process from need identification to onboarding (requests, screening, coordinate interviews).
Consultants are needed to help with capacity issues. Managing the consultancy procurement sourcing and onboarding process is your responsibility (requests, screening, coordinate interviews)
Control and manage the status of business needs, advertisements, candidate scope, and recruitment states in a transparent and controlled manner.
Interaction with Swedbank Group HR resources to ensure that recruitment processes and tools are consistent.
Inform and communicate with your team.
Create and manage appropriate access permissions for team members.
Ensure that there is a plan in place for on-call duty in the event of an incident, a problem, or a crisis.
To enable the Scrum Masters and team to deliver efficiently, provide support and remove impediments.
Manage administrative requests from the team for tools, education, and time reporting, among other things.
Ensure a safe workplace and the well-being of employees, including opportunities for rehabilitation.
