Role of Technical System Specialist in Stockholm

We are currently looking for passionate experienced and result-oriented candidates for the role of a Technical System Specialist with a professional background and exemplary concepts to join our team.


Key Responsibilities:
As a technical system specialist for the insurance system, you collaborate with the insurance system's management team. The application is a standardised system created by a third-party vendor.


We manage a customised version of Lumera that is installed in the system landscape, and we must collaborate with various parts of the administration on a regular basis.


You are an expert in the operation and integration of the Lumera insurance system from an application and system standpoint as a technical system specialist.


You've worked with Lumera before, both the system and the vendor.


You will be responsible for the following tasks:
Receipt of a new Lumera version and evaluation of its impact on us.
Daily production verification helps to ensure a stable and safe operation.
Various administrative systems pertaining to production should be updated.
Projects, management activities, and incident management are all things you can do.
Analyze and fine-tune production and testing performance and system health on a continuous basis.
Maintain Lumera's production and test environments.
Perform searches and generate reports
On non-working days, the assignment requires some work, which is scheduled within the team.





Education, Expertise, and experience requirements:
Competency prerequisites for the applicant:
A college diploma or equivalent production experience in a larger IT system.
Good MS-SQL Server knowledge and/or previous DBA experience (backup / restore, query questions, performance, rights, etc.) are required.
Power Shell (script creation and execution) and XML knowledge are required (SOS JobScheduler)
In a Windows Server environment, this is a good practise.
Experience with Windows server-based solutions, including network architecture, design, installation, configuration, and maintenance.
IT security experience
Life and occupational pensions experience in the insurance industry
The assignment also involves some work on non-working days, this is scheduled within the team.
