Role of Test/Lead Manager in Stockholm

We are currently looking for passionate experienced and result-oriented candidates for the role of a Test Lead/Manager with a professional background and exemplary concepts to join our team.


Key Responsibilities:
As a Test Driver, you will coordinate end-to-end tests, including external tests, using appropriate testing methodologies and tools, as well as risk, issue, and defect management, to ensure high-quality results. You'll also assist feature teams with test planning and promote a test strategy that includes test automation.


The following will be part of your work:
End-to-end tests, integration tests, external tests, and non-functional tests must all be coordinated.
Documents such as test plans, test scenarios, test cases, and status reports are created.

Assist development teams with their methods of working during the various test phases.





Education, Expertise, and experience requirements:
Competency prerequisites for the applicant:
You have strong leadership qualities, are an excellent communicator.
You are a team player with excellent coordination skills who is willing to do hands-on work when needed.
You have at least 5 years of experience as a test lead, with a proven track record in various testing areas, including functional and non-functional testing (security, performance and recovery testing)
Familiarity with agile software development methodologies is a plus.
A Master's or Bachelor's degree in computer engineering/science or a related field would be advantageous but not required.
It's just as important as any formal training or education that you have a passion for testing and the quality aspects of software development, as well as a keen interest in staying current on industry and technology trends.
Experience leading and coordinating end-to-end tests in large complex environments, preferably from banking or large payment systems is preferred.
Preferably hands-on experience with a good understanding of the tools and automation frameworks used in software testing.

You will be a member of Shared Service Test and Release, a Technology Cash Management team that provides test strategy, test automation, test coordination, and release management to the Accounts & Payments domain.Scope: 100%


Language Requirements: Mastery of English language in both speech and writing is required.
