To support this change journey, we are now strengthening the Total Rewards function, where we are looking for colleagues who want to be a part of a journey in translating business needs into Total Rewards Strategies and tangible support to our leaders and employees. We are looking for colleagues with both junior and senior Total Reward competence and experience, being great at what they do and wanting to do great things within the Total Rewards area at H&M. All roles have a global scope, and the team will support both on Group level and the H&M Brand
Job Description
What we do:
Our team is on the journey of envisioning and reinventing the Total Rewards Strategy to secure that H&M can attract, develop and retain the right talents. We do this by partnering up with HR and leaders, across the organization.
We will design, digitalize and simplify Reward activities and ways of working. Together we will be leading and developing the Rewards activities across the company as well as understand and leverage local initiatives. Our role is also to develop the best practices within the Reward area based on market trends, insights and internal feedback where we ensure knowledge sharing with relevant stakeholders at all levels.
Qualifications
Who are you:
You thrive on working in a global cross-functional environment and are always guided by how you can add value to the business. You have the ability to translate a business strategy or unique business needs into either strategic or tactical solutions and support within the Total Reward area.
Below are examples of competences and experience relevant for these jobs:
You have a university degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or other related field(s)
Proven track record of developing and/or working with compensation and benefits programs and effective processes that support the organizational culture and business strategy
Ability to advise on, evaluate and design Total Reward programs based on market assessment and business priorities
Used to envisioning and implementing new and simplified ways of working in the Reward area
Experience from working both strategically and operationally in an international environment
Ability to build strong business partnerships and work collaboratively with a variety of stakeholders in the organization
Understanding of how business priorities can be integrated with the Total Reward agenda and translated to activities to meet business needs
Strongly motivated working in an environment with a dynamic change agenda where you are flexible, solution oriented and able to create results in a field that is not yet formalized
Structured and look for pragmatic solutions and ways of working
Demonstrate financial management and skilled in making informed decisions based on data and analytics
Ability to exercise autonomy, independent judgement and decision making, providing sound and accurate recommendations to resolve issues and mitigate risk to the company
Strong analytical skills and ability to tell a story with insights and trends
We are specifically looking to strengthen the existing team with strong capabilities in the area of Job Architecture/Framework. For this role, experience with Job evaluation methodologies, as well as career framework building, and the area of career development connected to Job Architecture is desired.

Additional information
All the roles we are recruiting for in this process are full-time and permanent.
Your team will be based in the Head office in Stockholm, but we are open to look at placement in other locations.
