Temporary assignment 1 year

The main assignment as the roll out co-ordinator for the GLIG group is to secure a successful switch of our Kitchen range for METOD/SEKTION through coordination of all supply chain organisations. (Trading, DS, Retail, Regional supply team, Transport and IOS)

As the roll out co-ordinator your main task is to secure the documentation and alignment of working methods and handbooks between all supply chain organisations. You will support the GLIG leader and work very close connected to all GLIG members in the implementation group. As the GLIG role out co-ordinator you will also be responsible for the coordination of GLIG / CLIG meetings.

Some of your assignments are:
- Support the pre-studies for the CLIG teams in NA, ASIA and RUSSIA
- Secure quality in implementation plans for step 3-8 (including ASIA, NA and RUSSIA)
- Gather, share and implement learning for coming roll out steps.
- Support and co-ordinate all training/PR event orders between IOS and RST/DS based on request from retail.
- Support Matrix functional meetings/Kick-off meetings with communication material and learning material.

Is this the right challenge for you?
You have the ability to quickly grasp and process information and to make complicated technical processes easy to understand working methods for different target groups. You have experience in rolling out projects and also experience of being a facilitator. Fluent in English, both spoken and written is a requirement. You have a sense for details and have excellent social skills and experience of teamwork.

As a person you are analytical, structured and have the ability to build up confidence and trust. You have a persuading personality and you don?t have any problem to express opinions, information and key points of an argument clearly. You are social and able to establish good relationships with colleagues, management and end users at all levels and in different countries since your working field is all over the world. You always communicate in an explicit and confident way.
