ROLLOUT EXPERT
The Rollout Expert position is a role on project basis. To succeed in this role you need to have several years of IKEA experience.
As Rollout Expert you are the subject matter expert throughout the rollouts and support the Global Rollout Project Manager and the Team Leaders with knowledge and best practices around rollout and change activities. Examples of deliverables you will be responsible for in your role as Rollout Expert are:
- Rollout approach for the full global rollout.
- Process for how to continuously improve the rollout process.
- Best practice around rollout checklist activities and assessments.
- Suggested approaches for handling local adjustments.
- Planning, execution and follow up of the change plan activities.
- Templates of communication material and suggestion for how to tail it depending on the different geographical areas.
IS THIS YOUR NEXT CHALLENGE?
To be successful in your role we believe that you have:
- Experience of working at IKEA, at least in one area connected to eCommerce.
- Strong understanding of the content in the area you are expert in.
- Knowledge of the IKEA organisations and how those interact, including matrix partners and networks.
- Knowledge of change management methods and tools.
- Expertise skills in global rollouts including both business and IT activities.
- Experience in guiding and working with both business and IT.
It is meritorious if you have:
- Deep understanding in either Supplying or Change Management.
- Knowledge of project management methods and tools.
- Experience in leadership and management.
- Experience in guiding multi functional teams.
- Experience in guiding teams in different geographical locations.
We believe that you have a strong ability to communicate with people at all levels creating trustful relationships. You are self-reliant and motivated with proven ability to work as part of a team as well as independent. Analytical, structured and organized skilled. Final, you are fluent in English (both written and oral).
