Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Rollout Manager who is experienced in managing Business Process and organisational change.

What you'll do:
● Responsible for the initiative milestones, coordinating the intradomain implementation activities and collaborating with the Digital PMO Project Manager to ensure communication and transparency with stakeholders.
● Support the local implementation teams to go-live in a timely manner maintaining the delivery scope and budget.
● Guide and support the local implementation team throughout their journey of implementing Project One, from preparation work until Go Live.
● Socialise and defend any aspect of the ONE template to avoid unnecessary local deviation to either process or system standards.
● Ensure all necessary documentation is delivered on time to the right people to swiftly move through the roll-out.
Who you are:
● Proven track record of performing in a similar role, with demonstrable skills of leading teams towards a product vision in an agile setting.
● Interact with other teams and colleagues outside the team to foster collaboration Competence requirements.
● Experience working at a multi-country organisation – ideally in the Food or fast-moving consumer goods industry.
● Excellent communication, teamwork skills, inter-personal and Organizational skills.
