Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Root cause Analysis/Task Force Lead to join our dynamic team
What You Will Work On:
Lead investigations of complex technical issues to identify root causes and prevent recurrence.
Develop solutions to address underlying problems rather than just symptoms.
Ensure high-quality RCAs are conducted within agreed timelines.
Communicate investigation status and results to internal and external stakeholders.
Lead a team of technical engineers and experts to identify root causes in accordance with the PIP process.
Document RCA findings and hand over unresolved issues to the responsible function.

What You Bring:
Strong project management and leadership skills.
Comprehensive knowledge of gas turbines and general technical engineering.
Clear communication skills in English; Swedish proficiency is advantageous.
Understanding of commercial and legal aspects related to customer communications.
