Your profile
* Master or PhD in Mechanical Engineering, Aero Space Engineering, Engineering physics or similar
* A well-driven person with a problem-solving mindset
* A person that can work in a team and make it more effective & efficient
* Knowledge and interest in general dynamics
* Highly motivated and passionate
* We appreciate that you have experience in NX, Fortran, Java, Python, Linux (not a requirement)
Your responsibilities
* You will be part of a diverse R&D group consisting of highly skilled engineers who work with rotor dynamics, aeromechanics, aerodynamics, and mechanical integrity.
* In this position you will contribute to the design and evaluation of the rotor and stator structure of robust, reliable, and highly efficient turbomachinery engines by using in-house developed and commercial softwares.
* As a Rotor dynamics engineer you will be a part of the whole engine development process starting from the concept design of engines to the test evaluation and further behavior in the product’s life cycle. You will also be responsible to drive the innovation and technology within the field of rotor and structural dynamics.
* As part of a global organization, you will have the opportunity to build a network that expands across the world, from Europe to North America and Asia. On top of that, your multi-disciplinary collaborations will for example include the Mechanical Design, Mechanical Integrity, Test department and Manufacturing.
