Roxtec International AB is searching for an

Associate Product Manager

The Global Product Management department at Roxtec is responsible for ensuring optimal commercial product performance. The function has a responsibility for the global product offer including new and existing solutions, as it relates to product positioning, performance, and new product introductions. The department is also responsible for driving product development from market research to launch.

The position
As Associate Product Manager, you will play a critical role in the development and management of our products. You will work closely with product managers, cross-functional teams, and stakeholders to assist in defining product strategies, developing product roadmaps, and ensuring the successful execution of product initiatives.

This position reports to the Group Product Manager within Global Products.

Main responsibilities
• Collaborate with senior product managers to define and refine product strategies.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify market trends and opportunities.
• Collect inputs and implement changes and improvements regarding product information displayed via our web, intranet, and marketing channels. This information shapes how our solutions are explained and marketed both internally and externally.
• Act as the main interface for our PIM (Product Information Management) system.
• Assist in defining product requirements and features based on customer and market insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing, to ensure successful product development.
• Participate in the product development process, including creating and managing tasks and deadlines.
• Contribute to the creation and maintenance of product roadmaps.
• Prioritize and manage the product backlog based on business goals and user needs.
• Gather and analyze user feedback to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement.
• Stay informed about industry trends and customer preferences.
• Communicate product goals, progress, and updates to internal teams and stakeholders.
• Assist in preparing product documentation and training materials.
• Monitor key product metrics and KPIs.
• Create reports and dashboards to track product performance and make data-driven decisions.

Qualifications
• Bachelors degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, computer science, engineering) or equivalent work experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
• Familiarity with product management tools and software (e.g., Jira, Trello, or product analytics tools).

Desired skills and experience
• Prior experience in a product-related role or relevant internship.
• Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools.
• Project management experience.
