What you’ll do
We are looking for an autonomous and curious RPA Developer with great people skills and a technical interest and experience to join our newly established RPA Center of Excellence. You will be a key player in executing our mission and as you will be leading colleagues through change you need a humble, interested and prestigeless approach together with a genuine interest to make a difference. You need to ensure progress of your projects and need a clear structure and methodology to do so. If you don’t already have a technical solutions background, a technical interest and curiosity of new developments will be crucial to your success.

As a new and pioneering team with high ambitions, we need people who are not afraid of trying out different ways of work in order to reach success. Together, the team will become a role model in working smart, a can-do attitude and being loved by colleagues.

Who you are
In order to succeed with your mission we believe the following qualifications will be of use:
* A background in RPA (working with Uipath) OR an interest to train and learn UiPath
* Project management experience, making things move forward
* A challenger and change mindset, always looking for better solutions
* Team-player, with a strong belief in collaboration being the way to success
* Prestigeless, you will do what needs to be done to keep the team moving forward
* Curious, autonomous & action-oriented
