What you’ll do
Your purpose is to be a servant leader and coach the ART by promoting and organizing the work of the the ART scrum and flow perspective. You maintain and optimize the flow of value through the ART, by establishing and communicating the annual rolling calendar for iterations and program increments (PI). You co-facilitate PI planning readiness by fostering the preparation of visions and capability backlogs by the Pre- and Post-PI planning meetings. You organize, drive and facilitate the Pre-and Post PI planning meetings and ART sync meetings among other things.

What you‘ll bring
We are looking for candidates with clear product focus and high technical skills. You possess ability to handle risk and risk- management. You should have documented experience from leadership positions with proven ability to track, solve and escalate impediments. You should have a great degree of business understanding in combination with the technical understanding of the common base tech area. Be a member in the management team of 94400 and represent your ART and the ART Performance in dialogues in the Solution reviews.

We think you have a Master of Science or equivalent work life experience. We think you have technical knowledge in the area of Electrical Engineering or SW Engineering. Leader experience from development of functions, systems and components.
