For the development and scale up of Care by Volvo, we will strengthen the Operation team with one new role for, running operation for the UK market, rolling out 2020.

Your mission
We are looking for someone who will always have the Care by Volvo customer top of mind. The role is for the UK market which is going live 2020. Here you will take ownership for running the operation for Care by Volvo. When we now are scaling up volumes and markets, efficiency in operation is highly prioritized. This will be an important part of your responsibility. You will also be responsible for securing a close cooperation cross function within Care by Volvo teams and Uptime both local and central through;

* Running of weekly operation follow up with cross functional participation for securing quality and cost efficiency in operations
* Bringing learnings and improvements from markets to central organisations
* Facilitate learnings cross markets
* Secure commonality in operation cross markets
* Securing market operational readiness together with market implementation projects prior to go-live


Who you are
You are a person who like challenges and is a true doer. You enjoy working with a wide range of questions and competences and want to contribute to building the way forward as we go. From your previous roles you have a couple of year’s professional experience from working with national sales companies, preferable also with retailers. You also have experience from working in cross functional environments and handling a wide range of activities in parallel. As well as experience from working with partners and set-up clear follow up for quality and cost efficiency. In addition to the above you may also have knowledge of order to delivery processes, but this is not a must.
We also see extremely strong communication skills with strong interpersonal skills in order to successfully interact with our cross functional team. We are looking for people who enjoy collaboration and take accountability, as the ability to work within teams is key for success. Dare being bold, in a thought-through way, with integrity, and curiosity as guiding stars. Of course, with a strong business acumen. You are a person with high ambitions that find an entrepreneurial company mindset motivating.

To succeed, we believe that your background and skills include:
* Bachelor or Master’s degree in related area
* Fluent in English and additional languages are a bonus.
