About the service:
Armada VVS is looking for a recruiter who will be involved and provide the company with expertise. The service is to identify qualified fitters and carry out the company's recruitment process. The personnel category are professional plumbers with several years' experience of the work. The majority of Armadas staff is from the Baltic countries, which is why we are looking for a person with knowledge of Russian, English and preferably one of the Baltic languages.
Tasks:
Your job is to identify qualified candidates and carry out Armada's recruitment process on them. Our staff group consists mainly of people from the Baltic countries, which is why you will be looking for staff there, as well as people who already work outside its borders. In consultation with the company's operational managers, you are responsible for quality assurance and hiring the right personnel.
About you:
You are a fearless and independent person, used to taking your own initiatives. You appreciate contact with people and have the ability to identify where to look for candidates. Your work tools are the phone and the computer, so you need computer skills. As we work with foreign staff, you are fluent in Russian and English and preferably also one of the Baltic languages. Swedish is a bonus.
