We are looking for a Passenger Support Specialist with German Language willing to relocate to our beautiful city Katowice in Poland.

Your daily tasks will include:
 
Assisting passengers,
Supporting them with travel difficulties,
Providing information via: incoming calls/chat/e-mail on issues related to baggage, ticket reservations and flight rescheduling as well as handling complaints

REQUIREMENTS
Requirements:
Knowledge of German at minimum B2 level
English is required for the training and internal communication
Availability to work from our office in Katowice; we will support you with the relocation and provide a relocation package!
Communication skills and attitude towards working with people.
High personal culture and customer orientation
Ability to use Windows operating system and MS Office
Commitment and motivation to work - together we can achieve more!
