Saab Graduate - Controller at Group Finance

The Saab Graduate Leadership Programme is a career boost for recent graduates and young professionals who have the potential and desire to become future leaders at Saab. What you will be part of
As a Finance Trainee you will be based at our central Group Finance function in Stockholm, during the graduate program. We will plan your graduate year together and the idea is for you to get a broader view of Saab and Finance while delivering excellent results. You will achieve this by rotating, participating in different projects and actively delivering on target to various units.
After the graduate program, our intention is for you to receive an appropriate position at a geographical location in line with our business needs, your profile and future ambitions. This will be discussed with the CFO and the Finance Board. Project controlling and line controlling can be suitable paths as your career progresses. If you show us determination, ambition and deliver on target, we believe that you can become a Business Unit Controller, or similar, in the future.



Your role
As a graduate at Saab, you will participate in a programme that is uniquely designed to boost your career. Your skills and experience
To be a successful Finance Trainee, you need a Master of Business Administration or similar and to be recently graduated or have approximately two years’ work experience. You thrive in a business-oriented environment and are passionate about creating financial value. It is important that you also are performance and action-driven, in other words, you act on fact!  
As we are looking for future leaders, you must have the right motivation and drive to deliver excellent results. You must show potential for business understanding and strategic thinking. Good collaboration and communication skills are essential, as well as the ability to motivate and involve your co-workers. You also need to be a curious and humble team player with commitment and a lot of energy. As Saab is a global company, you need an intercultural mind-set and, of course, great English skills. International experience will be to your advantage.
