SAFE CONSULTANT - Stockholm/Remote

The task: We are searching for a SAFe consultant to work as an adviser for a customer in the insurance business.
They are on an interesting transition path toward more modern ways of working. In that endeavour, they have opted to use the SAFe framework, which is tailored to their needs.


The purpose is to direct the development flow of the company toward:


Control is much simpler and clearer.

You have extensive SAFe experience and an agile attitude. You've implemented SAFe at multiple firms and are used to driving change. You have excellent communication skills, the ability to meet people where they are, and the capacity to develop connections. You are at ease with both educating and coaching.

Tasks Examples


Introduce SAFe with the help of the personnel.
To provide guidance on the general design of how SAFe can fulfil our needs, as well as guidance on how to begin SAFe implementation.
To collaborate with SAFe education, training, and coaching.
