Who you are
We are now looking for a Safety and security coordinator at our office site Sockerbruket, Helsingborg. As a Safety and security coordinator you will be a part of Ingka AB´s Workplace Operation team.

- You have the ability to strike a balance between keeping a good overview and paying attention to details
-You have education or experience within the area of health and safety and security and understanding of local/national laws and regulation.
-You have the ability to ensure the integrity of safety and security systems, guidelines and documentation.
-You have good analytical and numerical skills.
-You are structured, proactive, and able to manage and prioritize multiple tasks.
-You are a quick learner and like to drive actions and make things happen with flexibility, speed and simplicity.
-You are reliable to work independently and also curious drive to establish/maintain an internal network and collaborate across the IKEA group.
-You have excellent skills in English and Swedish, both spoken and written.
-You have good computer skills and are familiar the working in different IT-systems and Microsoft Excel.
-You have a passion for sustainability and want to make a positive contribution to our challenges impacting our business: unsustainable consumption, climate change and inequality.
Your responsibility
You will ensure a positive and inspiring work environment that protect co-workers, visitors, external partners from preventable loss, injury or illness.


Your main tasks will be:
-Promote risk management in the unit, informing and sharing expertise, conducting risk analysis, risk logs and inspections to eliminate hazards.
-Plan, coordinate and facilitate trainings for the Rescue team, co-workers and external partners.
-Generating assessment documentation, incident and accident reports, and health- and safety guidelines.
-Manage the day-to-day facility operations in the office, including co-operation with the other support functions.
-You take the full responsibility for your parts of the IKEA site and together with the property department you drive the health and safety and security agenda for the building/buildings.
-Constantly grow and expand personal knowledge, capabilities and motivation for the business and people with IKEA values close at heart.

You will belong to Ingka AB and your location will be in Helsingborg.
Ingka AB offer shared services mainly within the fields of Meetings, Workplace operations, HR and Finance but also within Risk & Compliance and Legal.
