About us: 
The ART Electric Drive SW are building an innovated and robust SW platform for the next generation of electric vehicles. We are over 100 employees divided in to 12 Teams working in the SAFe Agile way, this to create the best Eclectic Drive Soft Ware (EDSW) design. You will be the Safety Architect belonging to the System Team with the overall responsible of the system design of the EDSW.

You will develop and maintain a tight collaboration with development engineers developing Safety Software (SSW).

What you will do:
Your duties involve developing requirements, allocation, and STD interpretation. You will support in the evaluation of vehicle hazards and related vehicle reaction, support in development of HARA, and take part in developing FSC on vehicle function level. You will be tasked with making sure that the requirements chain is consistent from vehicle level all the way to Product Capability (PC) and component level. You will evaluate input requirements and question and negotiate requirements levels (e.g. fault amplitude, FHRTI). 
You will lead in the development of TSC on PC level by breaking down input requirements and allocating  to HAR and SW (TSR input to component level). You will develop proper decompositions aligned with SW and Hardware (HW) design constraints, by ensuring that HW design is supporting the TSC and related decomposition strategy, and doing proof of concept of new designs and concepts. You will also support in the evaluation of SSW functions, fault tracing of SSW functions, and development of DVM.

Your Skills:
We believe that the right candidate has a M.Sc. degree in SW or Mechatronic engineering or similar, combined with +10 years of relevant work experience within System Engineering and Safety work for Electric Vehicle and System. You need to master oral, written, visual communication and presentation in English. A Driver`s license B or European equivalent is a prerequisite for this position. 

To be successful in this role, you will have a complete system understanding of Electric Propulsion, such as specific knowledge about Electric machines, inverters, and SW deployment. You should have worked with system design of software in a similar environment previously. You should have a deep understanding of ISO26262 and how to apply it to the system to reach the right requirement. You should be familiar with and able to develop and review TSC, SACA, PRSP, PRST and support SSJR analysis and related design review with suppliers.
