Your mission?
As a Safety Assurance Manage, you will perform and ensure the activities related to safety assurance in the Projects and Programs (products and systems) and deliver safe solutions (Projects and Programs).

Your key responsibilities?
Coordinate all the Safety Assurance activities on the project / system / product as per Safety process defined in Signalling Safety Instruction
Perform Safety analysis, manage Hazard Log, review RAM, Cyber, V&V, T&C activities from a Safety perspective
Define safety plan and manage safety workload and associated planning
Support tenders and/or RC teams to integrate product/system in projects
Build the Safety Reports and/or the Safety Cases
Apply the safety assurance methodologies (risk acceptance criteria, safety analysis, verification, and validation) defined for the project / system / product
Organize and attend periodic Safety Reviews
Defend Safety Case argumentations in front of internal (QS, Safety Assessor) and external (ISA) assessors; define and follow-up action plans to close the findings of the assessors
Manage (if any) the Safety Assurance Engineers involved on the project / system / product (Internal or external resources)
If identified as Safety Leader for a Safety Issue, manage 8D steps as per process
Safety reference on the related Projects/Program for the Core team, Customer (internal or external) and assessors/Safety Assessor (internal and external)
Safety budget responsible
Minimum qualifications:
Engineering degree and/or Master’s degree
Minimum 5 years of experience in system engineering, system testing, safety.
Great knowledge of embedded systems and safety architecture
English and Swedish business fluent
Ideally:
You have experience in the field of railway
Knowledgeable of railway software analysis and testing
You have good knowledge of vital or secure software analysis and testing
CENELEC standard for safety railway product
