This is an opportunity to join a team within R&D at Scania focusing on Electrification System Management. Do you want to work as a safety manager for our high voltage systems? Join the journey and help us find solutions for heavy electrified vehicles, together we will create the world's best and most sustainable transport solutions.
YOU WILL
As a safety manager you have a holistic perspective. We tries to adapt our development pattern to the ISO26262 standard, and this will be one of yours most important assignment to help out with. We have ambitions to get an compliance (with deviations) for our product in production. You will plan and follow the development of the system to reach safety artefacts during all the way from production.
In this role, you will own and be responsible for the safety plan for the embedded system in our vehicles that manage and controls functions close to high voltage batteries. This includes tasks such as:
- Plan artifacts and deliveries
- Rate the progress of the project together with the project manager
- Set up reviews flows
- Hold requirements reviews
YOU ARE

We see that you are/have
- University or civil engineer or has equivalent experience in system development of embedded systems
- Experience from working with ISO26262 or corresponding standards from other product development
- Good knowledge of English (both speech and writing)
