We are now looking for a Safety navigator that with a strategic mindset and drive can develop our safety process.

As a Safety navigator your main responsibilities will be to:
? Be the case owner and lead the safety alarms investigation and necessary actions correct and prevent safety risks within Children?s IKEA.
? Lead and develop the safety risk assessment process within the Business area.
? Inspire and share your knowledge with colleagues in the Business area, Trading and Supplier in different forums e.g. children?s school.
? Support during analyses regarding customer feed-back e.g. alarms and translate it into concrete projects/actions, focusing on improved safety.
? Represent Ikea and build relationships with external stakeholders.

To be successful in this role you need to have good analytical skills and an eye for details, but also the ability put them into a larger context. You use your communication skills, inspiration and will power to learn and share knowledge to make safety a priority across the organization. Your curios mind gives you the ability to be creative in order to find new improved ways of working in a constant changing environment. Your sense for business helps you to make good decisions. You are a highly committed and self driven person with strong leadership skills. It is easy for you to build trustful relations where you see co-operation as a precondition for success.

? University degree or comparable, maybe within the technical field.
? Technical interest and a broad knowledge in materials.
? Experience from leading projects and processes.
? Understanding and interest in safety, laws and standards.
? Experienced in different quality improvement tools.
? Good understanding of IKEA range, processes and customer needs is a plus.
? Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
